S. Systems – What do you do with all the contacts you receive? The answer is to put them in a CRM (Contact Relationship Management) system. A CRM will retain your pertinent information such as information on business cards from people you meet. You will learn where to store them and how to use them for ongoing contact with your growing fan list.
You will also learn about the legal and management issues to consider to structure yourself as a business. Professional speaking is a business and it is important to structure your business in the beginning.

It is important that you take your time as you go through the lessons. We want you to absorb the information, reflect on it and make sure the decisions you make as you progress are aligned with each other. This takes time and patience.
On the other hand, we recognize that some people are ready to move quickly because they have thought about the important elements of becoming a speaker and just need the format to guide them.
To address the range of needs, the lessons will be delivered to you every three days. Save each lesson to review when you are ready and take time to reflect as you go.

Every 4th Tuesday you participate in group coaching session. On these calls, you can ask any question and receive an answer. Or you can forward a question by email. Even when you do not have a question, listen to the questions and answers of others. It is likely that you may have the same question soon. Group coaching membership for Level 2 is six months.
